As first-generation large-scale landowners, Tommy and Laurie Cedillo purchased the 40 acres of untamed terrain of Nine Trials Ranch to build a legacy for their 9 children. The name is a tribute to the paths each of the children may take in life, while honoring that their trails can always lead back to their home: Nine Trails Ranch.
While modern technology adds convenience, knowledge, and connection to our lives, we believe maintaining a relationship with nature is imperative to our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Working with our hands, communicating with one another in a meaningful way, and disconnecting from the hustle of modern-day life is the foundation upon which Nine Trails Ranch is built. Tommy Cedillo: Patriarch of the Ranch. Tommy is a native Arizonan. After spending the first part of his life in Yuma, Tommy moved to Phoenix, where he spent the majority of his life. Having briefly lived in Colorado and California, Tommy returned to his roots in Arizona in 2014. Tommy brings 5 children-- all boys-- to Nine Trails Ranch.
Laurie Solomon-Cedillo: Matriarch of the Ranch. Laurie is an Arizona transplant. Laurie spent her youth in the mountains of northern Utah, Park City, specifically. In her early 20s, Laurie left Utah and spent the next 20+ years living in the southwestern United States. She moved back to Arizona after becoming engaged to Tommy in 2022. Laurie brings 4 children-- 3 boys and 1 girl-- to Nine Trails Ranch.
